Once your order is packed and shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking information. All orders ship within 48 to 72 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded). Be sure and check your spam folder if you haven’t received your shipping confirmation.
You can choose between USPS First Class and USPS Priority. If you spend over $50, you can select ‘Free Shipping’ which is Free First Class Shipping. Each order is hand-packed with love! Our goal is to ship every order within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email with tracking once it has been packed and ready for pickup. This is your best tool for tracking. If you notice any delays in shipping, contact your local post office.
Sometimes we sell products faster than we can produce! If the item you want is backordered, join our email list. We will send you an email when the item is available for purchase again.
We do not ship internationally currently. Hopefully one day soon!
Since we are an Indie Cosmetics Company, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please email us at orders@kismetcosmetics.com.
Sometimes it is hard to pick the right colors when shopping online. We provide a variety of images, from product shots, to swatches to multiple models wearing the product. While we do our very best to represent an accurate color, it is hard to show exactly how it will look on everyone’s coloring. However, we do offer the service of My Kismet Color, where you can speak directly to our Licensed Makeup Artist to help you find the perfect colors.
